The checklist when joining the stream of the Meetup group as a guest.

Regardless of whether you're streaming live, or recording — this checklist can help to ensure you'll have the best possible streaming experience.

Prerequisites

• 🎙️ Use a dedicated microphone if possible
• 🎧 Wear headphones to avoid echo and feedback
• 📹 Use a reliable webcam
• 🔦 Ensure you have good lighting
• 💪🏽 Strong internet connection, wired connection if possible

Preparation

• 🔌 Reboot your machine
• 💻 Make sure you have your resolution set to 1920x1800 and 120% DPI
• 🔕 Silence (or temporarily disable notifications)
• 🕵️‍ Enable private browsing (Incognito/InPrivate mode) in your web browser
• 🔗 Follow the Guest Instructions from StreamYard

For our Stream

• 🕥 Arrive at least 15 minutes early
• ⛔ Set status as "Do not disturb"
• 📃 You've read the Code of Conduct
